These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of HappySmurf (the “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. What HappySmurf Is
HappySmurf operates as a curated catalogue and third-party referral service. The Service displays listings of League of Legends accounts and links visitors to an external third-party platform (the “Fulfilment Platform”) where the actual sale, payment, and delivery take place. HappySmurf is not the seller of record and is not a party to the transaction of sale. The contract of sale is between you and the Fulfilment Platform (or the Fulfilment Platform's seller) under that platform's own terms of service.
No transactions, payments, account registrations, shopping carts, checkouts, or order processing occur on this website. HappySmurf does not collect or process payment information at any point. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that (i) you meet this age requirement, (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and (iii) your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. Website Usage
The use of the website for commercial purposes or as a third party on behalf of a user is not permitted unless explicitly authorised by us in advance with the consent of the user. Information posted on the website by users (including reviews and customer statements) is subjective to the individual posting it and is not a representation of our views.
4. Where Transactions Happen
When you click a “Buy” or equivalent button on this Service, you are redirected to the Fulfilment Platform. From that point forward, the Fulfilment Platform's terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, and dispute-resolution process govern your transaction. HappySmurf is not party to that transaction and has no control over the Fulfilment Platform's policies, fees, processing time, payment methods, or refund decisions. Disputes regarding the transaction itself must be raised directly with the Fulfilment Platform.
5. Acknowledgment of Riot Games Terms of Service
You acknowledge that the use of any League of Legends account, including any account obtained via the Fulfilment Platform, is subject to Riot Games' own Terms of Service. We do not control Riot Games' policies, and we make no guarantee that Riot Games will not suspend, ban, or otherwise restrict any account at its sole discretion. By using the Service or completing a purchase via the Fulfilment Platform, you accept this risk.
6. Voluntary Curation Guarantee (“Lifetime Ban Warranty”)
The “Lifetime Ban Warranty” advertised on the Service is a voluntary curation guarantee that HappySmurf provides as a quality signal regarding the listings we curate. It is not a contractual seller-warranty and does not create a contract of sale between you and HappySmurf.
The guarantee applies only to bans resulting from issues that existed prior to delivery of the account (e.g., previously banned, restricted, or compromised credentials). Bans resulting from your conduct after delivery - including but not limited to use of third-party software, scripting, boosting, account sharing, ToS-violating language, or any other breach of Riot Games' Terms of Service - are not covered. Replacement listings under the guarantee are provided at our sole discretion and may be issued on a different region or rank.
7. Refunds & Disputes
Because the contract of sale is with the Fulfilment Platform,refunds are governed by the Fulfilment Platform's own refund policyand must be requested through that platform's dispute system. HappySmurf may, at its sole discretion, intervene as a goodwill gesture in cases where the issue relates to the listing as curated by us, but we have no ability to refund or reverse a transaction that we did not process.
8. Intellectual Property
HappySmurf is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Riot Games, Inc., League of Legends, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on the Service are property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
All content on the Service that is not the property of a third party (including site copy, layout, and original graphics) is owned by HappySmurf and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the products listed on the Service beyond the voluntary curation guarantee described in Section 6.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HappySmurf, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any product obtained via the Fulfilment Platform, regardless of the theory of liability. Because HappySmurf is not the seller of record, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of any voluntary credit or replacement we have agreed to provide under Section 6, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HappySmurf and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your transactions on the Fulfilment Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, acts of God, riots, war, terrorism, governmental action, third-party platform outages, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which HappySmurf is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Disputes regarding a transaction are governed by the Fulfilment Platform's own dispute-resolution process and not by these Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HappySmurf regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
