Play 10 normalsto unlock ranked
- Level 30+
- Enough Blue Essence to unlock the champions you actually main - build the roster you want instead of inheriting one.
- Unlock your own champions
- Unranked for the current season. Many accounts have held a rank in previous seasons, so you start clean this season either way.
- Email is not verified to Riot, meaning the account is fully yours. Set your own email and password right after login - full ownership, no surprises.
- These accounts have not played their 10 normal games yet, so ranked is still locked. Play 10 normals to unlock it, or grab Ranked Ready to skip the warmup.

How We Check Every LoL Account
Every smurf account gets the same pass from Alex C. Here is what sends one back.
- INTAKEINTAKE
Where the accounts come from
Accounts are leveled from 1 to 30 by people playing real games, no bots and no scripts. That part happens before they reach us, which is exactly why none of it is taken on trust.
- LEVEL & BELEVEL & BE
Level 30+ and the Blue Essence counted
Level is confirmed on the account itself, not copied off the sheet it came with. Blue Essence is counted against what the product card promises, so a 40K listing has 40K sitting in it rather than 38K rounded up.
- MATCH HISTORYMATCH HISTORY
How it was actually leveled
We read the history through, including which modes carried the levels: Quickplay, ARAM, Co-op vs AI. Bot leveling gives itself away quickly, sessions that run without a break and the same clear every game. Anything scripted goes back.
- PENALTIESPENALTIES
Bans, mutes and the honor record
We check chat restrictions, LeaverBuster, ranked restriction and any active suspension on the account itself, not assume them from a clean-looking history. Honor has to sit in the green too, since a dropped level means old penalties even when nothing is active anymore. A restriction that expires next week still counts as a fail.
- QUEUEQUEUE
It can actually find a game
The account goes into queue to confirm it matches into a game. Matchmaking and behavior restrictions don't always announce themselves in the client, and queueing is the only thing that surfaces them reliably.
- ACCESSACCESS
Full access, not half of it
Login works, and both the email and the password can be changed. If any piece of that is missing, it doesn't go up.
- FINAL PASSFINAL PASS
One more login before delivery
We log in one more time right before an account goes out. Accounts sit in stock for a while, and a penalty can land in that gap.
How Riot's Anti-Cheat Actually Works
What actually gets League accounts banned, and what doesn't.
Vanguard reads your PC, not your receipt
Vanguard is Riot's kernel-level anti-cheat, and since June 2026 it can load with the client instead of starting up with Windows. Either way it's looking for cheat software and memory edits while you play, and it doesn't know or care that an account was bought. What it does read is the rig you log in from. That's where people get burned: the accounts that die are the ones logging into a PC that already has perma'd accounts on it. Clean rig, real match history, nothing to flag.
HWID ban is different (and we can't help with that)
HWID ban links a hardware ID to a banned account and blocks that machine entirely. It doesn't tick down on its own. Riot only takes a second look if you ask, and not before a year has passed. So if you got HWID banned on your main, a new smurf won't save you no matter where you bought it. This is the one ticket we can't do anything with. The fix is the hardware, not the account.
Botted accounts die in waves, not one at a time
Botted accounts share fingerprints: same IP ranges, scripted pathing, a three-champ pool, 15 minute FF every game. Riot's detection groups them and bans them in waves, and since patch 25.18 those waves reach backwards through old match history instead of only catching last week. Patch 25.23 added penalty linking on top, so getting one banned can take the rest of your accounts with it. You can usually call a botted one from the match history before Riot does. Handleveled accounts look like a person actually played them, so they never land in those clusters. Every account we list is handleveled, never botted.
Still weighing it up? Here's the honest take on whether it's safe to buy a LoL account and what really gets accounts banned.

What's Actually in a
League of Legends Smurf
What Is a Ranked Ready LoL Smurf Account?
A ranked ready LoL account is a Level 30 account that has everything you need to start playing ranked right away. Riot makes you play 10 normal games before ranked unlocks on a new account. Our accounts already have those 10 games played, so you skip that part entirely. The official rule counts only Swiftplay or Normal Draft games on Summoner's Rift, not ARAM or Co-op vs AI.
Each account comes with 20+ champions already owned and 10,000+ Blue Essence available. That gives you enough champions to cover your role from the first game, plus extra BE to buy whatever specific pick you want for placements.
The account itself is still unranked, so no placement matches have been played yet. You start clean, play your 5 placements on any champion you pick, and land at the rank that matches your actual skill. This is different from a pre-placed ranked account, where the placements are already done and the account sits at a specific rank like Gold or Platinum from the start.
Handleveled vs Bot Leveled League Accounts
Not all smurf accounts are made the same. Some shops sell bot leveled accounts for $5-7 because bots can level a fresh account to 30 in a couple of days, running the same bot pathing over and over. Cheap to produce, cheap to sell. Problem is detection catches these in waves, and when the wave hits, the account got banned.
Leveled by hand accounts are different. Real players level them through normal games on real PCs, no scripts. Match history looks like an actual player did it because an actual player did. That's why the price gap exists. A $5 botted account looks identical to a $17 handleveled one in the login screen. It looks different to the backend.
HappySmurf only curates real leveled. Every account goes through real games with natural KDA, varied champion picks, and normal behavior patterns. This is why curated accounts survive ban waves when cheaper ones don't.
| Handleveled | Bot Leveled | |
|---|---|---|
| Leveled by | Real players on real PCs | Scripts and bots |
| Match history | Natural KDA, varied picks | Identical patterns, same champs |
| Typical price | $15-25 | $3-7 |
| Survives ban waves | Yes | Rarely |
| Vanguard detection | Safe | Often flagged |
| Warranty | Lifetime replacement | None or 7 days |
Accounts for NA, EUW, and EUNE Servers
All three major Western regions covered. North America (NA) smurfs for US and Canadian players. EU West (EUW) for UK, Germany, France, Spain, and most of continental Europe. EU Nordic & East (EUNE) for Eastern European, Scandinavian, and Balkan players.
Ping matters, so pick the region closest to where you actually live. Playing NA from Europe at 130ms ping is not going to be fun.
