Yes - in the US, UK, and EU there's no civil or criminal law against private resale of game accounts, and no case on record of a buyer being prosecuted for owning one. The nuance: account transfer sits outside Riot's Terms of Service, which is a private contract between Riot and the account holder - not a law. Riot reserves the right to recover any account they decide was transferred, and that's exactly why our lifetime warranty exists. If an account ever goes down on those grounds, we replace it or refund. We'd rather you know all of this up-front than learn it after the purchase.

There's no checkout, no shopping cart, and no user account on this site, so payment details, billing addresses and order history never touch HappySmurf - all of that lives on the partner platform under their own privacy policy. On our end we keep only standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamp) and aggregate analytics, no third-party tracking beyond that. We operate in line with GDPR and you can request full deletion of any data tied to you at any time by emailing support.
