Space Groove Nasus

A storied disc jockey, music librarian, and leader of the Dog Planet, Nasus was once under Lissandra's thrall—seizing all his people's grooviest records and hiding them away, never to be heard again. Yet now, with his heart opened to the power of disco, he leads his people in rebellion against the deadly shock troopers Blitz & Crank.

Space Groove Nasus completely changed how I approach teamfights after picking it up from a mystery chest last month. After around 50 games with it, I'm honestly shocked at how much smoother the Q animation feels compared to base Nasus or even Infernal, which used to be my go-to.

The disco ball Q is probably the cleanest animation cancel I've experienced on any Nasus skin. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to weave in three extra autos between my Q resets just because the animation doesn't lock you up like Worldbreaker does. Your W literally drops a disco floor that makes it super clear where the slow zone ends, which helped me secure kills I'd normally miss. And the ult transformation with that groovy music actually tilts enemies harder than you'd expect. One Yasuo straight up typed "that music is so cringe but good" before he went 0/8.

Compared to other Nasus skins like Lunar Guardian, Space Groove Nasus feels way more responsive when stacking. The visual feedback on last hits is insane with those little musical notes popping off, making it easier to CS under tower pressure. It's purely cosmetic but somehow makes the champion feel less clunky overall. My experience with Space Groove Nasus convinced me it's worth the 1350 RP if you're a regular Nasus player.

Should you buy Space Groove Nasus? If you main the dog and want something that makes those 500 stack games feel fresh again, absolutely worth. But if you're just looking for a competitive edge, stick with Infernal since the Q hitbox feels slightly more generous on that one.
