After spamming around 50 games with Soaring Sword Fiora, I'm convinced this skin changes how you approach certain matchups. The Q animation feels cleaner than base, making those vital poke patterns in lane way more consistent. Where Project Fiora sometimes feels too flashy and distracts me from timing, Soaring Sword keeps everything crisp without overdoing the effects.

The W timing window feels more responsive compared to other Fiora skins, especially noticeable when you're trying to parry that crucial Darius ult or Jax counterstrike. Last night I was getting dove under tower by a fed Irelia and her jungler, and the visual clarity on my W made the difference between inting and turning the fight. The riposte animation has this subtle glow that doesn't clutter your screen but gives you perfect feedback on when it's active. And the ult vitals are probably the best part, with clear golden markers that pop even in messy dragon fights where everything's going crazy.

Comparing this to my previous favorite Pool Party, Soaring Sword Fiora wins on pure functionality. The sword trails during your passive procs are distinct without being obnoxious, and teammates actually notice when you're popping off because the effects scale nicely when you're ahead. Worth the 1350 RP if you're serious about climbing with her, though it's definitely not pay to win since skilled players will perform regardless.

My experience with Soaring Sword Fiora convinced me to make it my main skin for ranked. The Immortal Journey theme fits her duelist fantasy perfectly, and after a month of use, I can't go back to the clunkier animations on her other options. Fiora mains should grab this one next time it's available.
