Resistance Jayce

Been spamming Resistance Jayce for about 80 games now after grabbing it from a chest, and honestly this skin hits different compared to other Jayce skins I've tried. The hammer form Q feels way more responsive than base skin, like the shockwave actually matches what you're seeing on screen. His ranged E acceleration gate has this clean industrial look that makes it easier to see exactly where the speed boost zone starts and ends, which matters when you're trying to thread those clutch shots through minions.

What really sold me was a baron fight last week where I could actually track my hammer stance W attacks properly. Battle Academia makes everything too flashy but Resistance keeps it clean while still looking sick. The transformation between forms feels smoother too, probably because the animations don't have all that extra particle spam. And the cannon W triple shot has this satisfying mechanical sound that just makes CSing feel better, weird as that sounds.

Is Resistance Jayce worth it if you already own Forsaken or Debonair? Maybe not unless you really want that cleaner animation feel. But compared to base skin it's a massive upgrade, especially for the ranged Q+E combo visibility. The skin isn't pay to win or anything but the clearer hitbox indicators definitely help in teamfights when everything gets chaotic. My experience with Resistance Jayce has been solid enough that I'd recommend it to any Jayce main who wants something less flashy than the newer skins but way better than default.

Should you buy Resistance Jayce at 1350 RP? If you're playing him regularly then absolutely worth, but casual players might want to wait for a sale.
