PROJECT: Sylas

PROJECT: Sylas caught my eye after getting absolutely destroyed by one in ranked last week, and after 35 games with it, I'm convinced this skin actually gives you an edge. The cybernetic aesthetic completely transforms how his abilities feel compared to base Sylas or even Lunar Wraith which I mained before.

His Q chains feel snappier with cleaner animation cancels that make weaving autos between abilities way smoother. The E dash has this electric trail that's easier to track in teamfights, and I swear the second cast feels more responsive when you need to hit that clutch engage. But the real difference is his ult. Stealing abilities with PROJECT feels instant, and the visual clarity when you've grabbed something like a Malphite ult is insane. During a baron fight yesterday, I snagged three different ults in succession and each swap was so clean I could immediately tell what I had without second guessing. Compare that to Freljord Sylas where everything blends into icy blue chaos.

The skin's worth the 1350 RP if you're serious about climbing with him. It's not exactly pay to win, but the technical improvements make a difference when you're trying to pop off in skirmishes. My CS actually went up because last hitting with the auto attack animation feels tighter. And that recall animation where he absorbs the tech energy? Pure eye candy that tilts enemies when you barely escape with 10 HP.

After comparing it to my other Sylas skins, PROJECT easily became my go to for ranked. If you're a Sylas main debating whether to grab it, stop thinking and just buy it. Your mechanics will probably feel cleaner from game one.
