Pool Party Renekton completely changes how the croc feels in teamfights, and after 120 games with this skin, I'm convinced it's one of his smoothest options.

The Q animation feels significantly cleaner than base Renekton, making those quick trades in lane way more satisfying. When you're trying to CS under tower and poke at the same time, the swing arc is just easier to track. His W stun has this satisfying splash effect that makes it super clear when you've locked someone down, which honestly helps in those chaotic dragon fights where everything's going off at once. But what really sold me was the ult transformation. Instead of that dark rage mode, you get this bright blue water effect that's probably the best visibility upgrade compared to other Renekton skins. I used to run Prehistoric for the intimidation factor, but Pool Party's clarity beats it hands down.

There was this one baron fight where their Vayne was fed and kiting like crazy. With most Renekton skins, tracking your fury bar during ult can get lost in all the particle effects, but Pool Party keeps everything readable. The water trails on your E dash make wall hops feel more responsive too, especially when you're chasing through jungle. It's purely cosmetic, not pay-to-win, but the visual clarity genuinely helps in extended fights.

Is Pool Party Renekton worth it? For 975 RP, absolutely. My experience with Pool Party Renekton convinced me to refund Hextech just because this skin makes the champ feel less clunky overall. If you're a Renekton main who values smooth gameplay over pure intimidation factor, this is the one to grab. The Pool Party theme might seem cringe at first, but the execution is insane.
