Pool Party Lulu

Pool Party Lulu completely changed my perspective on what a 1350 RP skin should deliver after using it for around 100 games this split. The water effects on her abilities feel so much cleaner than base Lulu, especially when you're trying to land those crucial polymorphs in teamfights.

The Q animation feels noticeably smoother when you're poking through minions, and I swear the projectile is easier to track compared to Cosmic Enchantress which I mained before. Her W polymorph turning enemies into that adorable octopus is probably the best part, making it super obvious who's been hit even in messy dragon fights. Just yesterday I saved our fed ADC from a diving Zed because the polymorph animation was so clear that my teammate instantly knew to turn and burst him down. The ult feels more responsive too, with that satisfying splash effect that makes you actually feel the impact when you clutch save someone from certain death.

Compared to other Lulu skins like Star Guardian or even her base model, Pool Party just has better visibility in general. The shield animation is crystal clear which helps both you and your teammates understand what's happening in hectic situations. And while it's definitely not pay to win, the smoother animation cancels on her E make shielding and trading in lane feel way less clunky than most of her other skins.

Is Pool Party Lulu worth it? If you're a support main who plays her regularly, absolutely. The visual clarity alone makes it worth the price, but honestly the vibe is just perfect for tilting enemies when you're denying their plays with a beach ball wielding yordle.
