Picked up Pickpocket Twitch from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much from this 750 RP skin. After around 55 games though, I'm actually surprised how clean it feels compared to base Twitch. The whole thief aesthetic works way better than I thought it would, and there's something about the animations that just feels more responsive when you're trying to pop off in teamfights.
The Q feels snappier somehow, like the stealth activation has cleaner animation frames that make it easier to time your engages. But the real difference is the ult. Spray and Pray looks and sounds completely different with those coin effects flying everywhere, and I swear it's easier to track who you're hitting in messy dragon fights. Just yesterday I was getting collapsed on after stealing drake, went invisible, repositioned behind their Jinx and melted her with ult before she could even flash. The visual clarity on those golden projectiles probably helped me track her through their Braum trying to block.
Compared to other Twitch skins like Gangster or even Shadowfoot, Pickpocket just has better visibility in fights. It's not pay to win or anything, but when you're fed and trying to carry, every little bit helps. The recall animation where he counts his coins is pretty cringe but good, and the model itself looks clean without being too flashy. Is Pickpocket Twitch worth it if you're a Twitch main? Maybe not at full price, but if you get it on sale or from a chest like I did, it's definitely worth keeping. The skin aged well for something from 2014, and my experience with Pickpocket Twitch has been way better than expected.
