Lunar Beast Alistar

Been spamming Lunar Beast Alistar for about 80 games now after getting it from a chest, and honestly this skin hits different compared to other Alistar skins I've tried. The whole bull demon aesthetic with those golden horns and red effects actually makes me feel more intimidating in lane, which sounds dumb but it's true. What really surprised me was how smooth the Q feels compared to base Alistar or even Moo Cow, there's something about the animation that makes timing the combo cleaner.

The W headbutt has this satisfying impact sound that's way more noticeable than Hextech Alistar's, and I swear the hitbox feels more responsive when you're trying to insec someone into your team. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to flash Q five people because the AoE indicator is actually visible in that chaotic red and gold effect, unlike some skins where you can't tell if you're gonna hit or not in a clustered teamfight. The ult transformation with the glowing effects probably makes it easier for enemies to track when you're tanky, but it looks so good I don't even care.

Is Lunar Beast Alistar worth it if you main the champ? Absolutely, especially during sales. The skin isn't pay to win or anything, but the cleaner animations genuinely help with combo consistency. My experience with Lunar Beast Alistar has been way better than I expected from a random chest drop, and now I can't go back to the clunky feel of base skin. If you're an Alistar player who wants something that feels smooth while still looking insane, this is the one to grab.
