Bought this skin after getting absolutely demolished by an enemy Twitch who looked way too smooth with Kingpin. After 55 games testing it out, I can honestly say this skin changes how the rat feels completely.
The auto attacks feel significantly cleaner compared to base Twitch, especially when you're trying to CS under tower or kite during teamfights. His Q stealth has this subtle smoke effect that makes the timing feel more responsive, and I swear the E activation feels faster even though it's probably just visual. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to position perfectly behind their backline because the W slow was easier to track with the darker poison cloud. Popped ult and deleted three people before they even realized where I was coming from. The skin definitely helps with clarity when you're fed and need to track multiple poison stacks in chaotic fights.
Compared to other Twitch skins like Shadowfoot or Omega Squad, Kingpin sits in this weird spot where it's not flashy but everything just works better. Omega Squad has cooler sound effects but Kingpin's animations are less clunky, especially the ult channel that doesn't telegraph as hard. For 520 RP it's not exactly budget friendly, but if you're serious about climbing with Twitch, this skin actually gives you a slight edge. The recall animation where he counts his money is pretty cringe but good for BM after winning lane.
Is Kingpin Twitch worth it? If you're a Twitch main who wants every advantage possible, absolutely grab it. But if you just play him occasionally, maybe wait for a sale or stick with Shadowfoot for the cool factor.
