Got gifted Infernal Nasus from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I main Duskbringer. After around 55 games though, this skin completely changed how I play the champion, and I'm actually considering making it my main choice.
The Q stacks feel way more responsive than base skin, with that satisfying flame burst making last hitting somehow easier to time. Your W has this sick molten effect that makes enemies look like they're melting, which is probably just visual but feels more oppressive in lane. But the real difference is the ult transformation where you become this massive fire demon. During a baron fight yesterday, I popped ult at 400 stacks and the enemy Vayne literally flashed away before I even touched her because the visual is that intimidating. Compared to other Nasus skins like Duskbringer which feels smooth but subtle, Infernal just screams power when you're fed.
The E circle is clearer than most skins which helps with positioning in teamfights, and I swear the auto attack animation feels less clunky when weaving between Qs. Is Infernal Nasus worth it compared to something like Worldbreaker? If you want pure intimidation factor and cleaner animations, absolutely. The 1820 RP price tag is steep but you're getting legendary quality effects that actually help you CS better early and tilt enemies late game.
This isn't pay to win but it's close enough that I'd recommend it for anyone who plays Nasus regularly. The psychological diff alone when you're stacking in front of their laner is worth, and once you hit that 500 stack powerspike, enemies just ff when they see you coming.
