Picked up High Noon Leona from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I'm usually running Solar Eclipse or PROJECT. After around 35 games though, this skin's grown on me in ways I didn't anticipate.
The Q stun feels way more responsive than base Leona, probably because of the cleaner animation when she raises that demonic blade. Your E actually looks threatening now with the hellfire chain instead of that golden sword projectile, and I swear enemies respect it more in lane. But the real difference is her ult, which drops this massive burning sigil that's somehow easier to land than Solar Eclipse's version. Had a dragon fight yesterday where their Jinx flashed my ult perfectly but still got clipped by the edge because the hitbox visibility is just that good. Meanwhile my ADC was popping off because he could actually tell where my W explosion radius ended thanks to the fire effects.
Compared to other Leona skins like PROJECT or Lunar Eclipse, High Noon sits in this weird spot where it's not as flashy but way more practical. The recall animation where she mounts that demon horse is pretty sick, and the voice lines are appropriately edgy without being cringe. Is High Noon Leona worth it if you're buying with RP? Maybe not at 1350 unless you really vibe with the western demon aesthetic.
For support mains who play her regularly, this skin's purely cosmetic but the visual clarity makes teamfights less chaotic. Not quite pay-to-win but definitely makes you feel more confident going for those risky engages. Would recommend waiting for Your Shop discount unless you're already collecting the High Noon set.
