Heavenscale Master Yi

Been maining Yi since season 8 with over 600k mastery points, and after 70 games with Heavenscale Master Yi, I can confidently say this skin changes how the champion feels entirely. The Q animation is noticeably smoother than base, making those crucial resets in teamfights feel more responsive. Compare this to PROJECT Yi where everything feels mechanical and rigid, Heavenscale flows like water.

The dragon theme really shines when you're taking objectives. Last night during a baron fight, I popped ult and the golden dragon aura made it super clear to my team I was going in. The W meditation has this sick golden circle that's way easier to track than Cosmic Blade's purple mess. But what really sells it is the E true damage proc, those dragon scales light up and you KNOW when you're shredding tanks. Had an enemy Ornn type "wtf is that damage" after I melted him tower diving bot lane.

Is Heavenscale Master Yi worth it compared to other Master Yi skins? Absolutely. The 1350 RP price might seem steep but the clarity advantage is real. The auto attack animations are cleaner than even Psyops, which was my go to tryhard skin before this. Not quite pay to win, but the visual clarity on abilities definitely helps in chaotic fights where base Yi gets lost in particle effects. My winrate went up probably 3 percent just from better Q tracking alone.

For any Yi enthusiast looking to climb or just enjoy cleaner gameplay, this is the skin to get. The Heavenscale set aesthetic is insane and this might be the best execution of the theme yet. Worth every RP if you're serious about mastering the Wuju Bladesman.
