Galactic Azir

After 120 games with Galactic Azir, I've gotta say this skin completely changed how I approach teamfights. As someone who owns most Azir skins, this one stands out for reasons you might not expect when browsing the shop.

The Q feels way more responsive than base Azir or even Warring Kingdoms. Those space themed soldiers have cleaner animations that make CSing feel butter smooth, and I'm probably hitting 10 more minions per game just from the visual clarity alone. But where this skin really shines is the ult. The cosmic wall is so much easier to track in messy dragon fights compared to other skins. Last week I managed to insec their fed ADC at baron because I could actually see my wall's edge through all the spell effects. The W spawns are cringe but good with their little alien sounds, making it easier to track soldier placement when you're juggling multiple zones.

Is Galactic Azir worth it compared to other Azir skins? For 975 RP it's not cheap, but the technical advantages are real. SKT T1 Azir has better recall animations sure, but Galactic's abilities just feel less clunky overall. The E dash has this subtle trail that helps you judge distance better, which saved me from inting under tower more times than I'd like to admit. And the passive tower looks sick when you're defending base.

This isn't pay to win exactly, but the clarity improvements definitely help in ranked. If you're an Azir main looking to climb, grab it next time it's in Your Shop. For casual players maybe wait for a sale, but my experience with Galactic Azir has been worth every RP spent.
