Got Dragonmancer Vayne from a chest last week and wasn't expecting much since I usually rock Spirit Blossom, but after 35 games I'm actually shocked at how clean this skin feels. The auto attacks have this crisp dragon energy effect that makes CS'ing way smoother than base Vayne, and the tumble animation feels more responsive when kiting backwards. Project Vayne always felt clunky to me but this one just flows better somehow.
The condemn is where this skin really shines though. That purple dragon burst when you pin someone makes it super clear when you've landed the stun versus just pushing them away. Had this insane play at dragon pit where I condemned their fed Darius into the wall and the visual clarity helped my team instantly collapse on him before he could pop off. And the ult transformation is probably the coolest part, turning you into this ethereal dragon hunter with wings that makes you feel untouchable when you're 1v9ing late game.
Compared to other Vayne skins like Firecracker or even Sentinel, Dragonmancer sits in this sweet spot where it's flashy enough to feel special but not so over the top that enemies can track you easier in teamfights. The recall animation with the dragon circling you is clean too. Is Dragonmancer Vayne worth it if you're a Vayne main? Absolutely, especially at 1350 RP it's not breaking the bank for what you get.
This isn't pay to win or anything but the cleaner animations definitely help with mechanical plays. My experience with Dragonmancer Vayne has been way better than expected and I'd honestly recommend it over most of her other skins except maybe Spirit Blossom if you prefer the softer aesthetic.
