Dawnbringer Karma

Picked up Dawnbringer Karma from a chest last week and wasn't expecting much since I usually run Dark Star or Ruined. After about 35 games though, this skin completely changed how I play her in teamfights.

The Q feels way more responsive compared to other Karma skins, especially when you're trying to weave autos between casts. That golden explosion on mantra Q is probably the cleanest visual I've seen for judging the actual hitbox. But what really sold me was during a baron fight where their Yasuo tried to windwall my empowered Q. The animation is so clear that I could perfectly time the second explosion right as his wall dropped, securing the kill and letting us turn the fight. The W tether looks amazing but I think it's actually easier for enemies to see when they're breaking it. Shield on E pops with this satisfying golden burst that makes it super obvious who has it in messy fights.

Compared to Dark Star which I mained for months, Dawnbringer just feels smoother overall. The auto attack animation cancels better when you're trying to CS while poking, and the ult activation is instant without that tiny delay Dark Star has. Is Dawnbringer Karma worth it if you're already happy with another skin? Maybe not. But if you're looking for clarity advantages in ranked, this one's actually insane for tracking your cooldowns and landing those max range Qs.

Not quite pay to win but definitely gives you an edge in clutch moments. My experience with Dawnbringer Karma convinced me to make it my main skin for climbing. Worth grabbing if you see it on sale or get lucky with hextech like I did.
