Cottontail Fizz

Grabbed Cottontail Fizz from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually rock Fisherman or Void. After around 55 games though, this skin's grown on me in ways I didn't see coming. The carrot trident looks goofy at first but there's something about how the Q feels that makes last hitting smoother, probably because the projectile's orange glow stands out better against minion waves than his base blue.

The E animation is where this skin really shines compared to other Fizz skins. That bunny hop feels more responsive than base and the landing zone is clearer with those little egg particles. Won a crucial dragon fight yesterday because I could track my untargetability frames better when three people collapsed on me. The W empowered attacks have this satisfying carrot crunch sound that makes orb walking feel cleaner too. But the ult is kinda weird since the bunny shark doesn't feel as threatening as Chompers, though enemies still respect it the same.

Is Cottontail Fizz worth it? For 975 RP it's not breaking the bank and you're getting solid visual clarity that's actually helpful in teamfights. It's purely cosmetic but the cleaner animations do make combos feel less clunky than base skin. Not quite pay to win like some claim but there's definitely an advantage in how readable your abilities are. My experience with Cottontail Fizz surprised me since I thought it'd be too memey to use in ranked. Now it's become my go to when I need to pop off and not tilt from missing crucial Es. If you main Fizz or just want something different from the edgy skins, this one's actually worth considering.
