Corgi Corki

Picked up Corgi Corki from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually rock UFO or Red Baron. After about 35 games though, this skin completely changed how I play the champ and I'm actually considering making it my main.

The package delivery feels way smoother than base Corki, probably because the corgi mount has this bouncy animation that makes timing easier. Your Q poke becomes insanely satisfying with the squeaky toy sound, and I swear it tilts enemies harder when they're getting chunked by a flying dog. But the real game changer is the ult clarity. Those tennis balls are so much easier to track compared to other Corki skins, especially Big One which leaves this massive paw print on impact. During a baron fight yesterday, I could perfectly space my rockets between their Jinx and Thresh because the projectiles are just that clean. The W feels slightly faster too, though that might just be the adorable takeoff animation playing tricks on me.

Compared to other Corki skins like Arcade or Dragonwing, this one's purely cosmetic but somehow makes the champ feel less clunky. The recall where he plays fetch is worth it alone, and at 1350 RP it's actually decent value considering the complete visual overhaul. My experience with Corgi Corki convinced me that sometimes the goofiest skins are the best for climbing since nobody takes you seriously until you're fed and flying around teamfights on a derpy dog.

Is Corgi Corki worth it? If you play him regularly or want something that makes farming and poking more enjoyable, absolutely grab it. Otherwise maybe wait for a sale since Corki has plenty of solid cheaper options.
