Worlds 2021 Jarvan IV

Finally pulled Worlds 2021 Jarvan from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I already rock Dark Star most games. After about 35 matches though, this skin's grown on me way more than I thought it would. The black and gold aesthetic hits different when you're making plays, and there's something about the World Championship theme that makes every engage feel more hype.

The E-Q combo feels noticeably smoother compared to base Jarvan, with cleaner animation transitions that make wall hops more consistent. His ult creates this sick golden arena that's actually easier to track in teamfights than most of his other skins. But what really surprised me was how his W shield pop has better visibility, especially during those messy dragon fights where everything's going off at once. Last night I was contesting soul, dropped my ult on their fed Jinx, and the golden particles made it super clear when my shield was up while I tanked their whole team. Probably wouldn't have won that fight with Warring Kingdoms where the effects blend into everything.

Is Worlds 2021 Jarvan IV worth it compared to other Jarvan IV skins? If you're a J4 main who values clarity over flashiness, absolutely. It's not pay-to-win but the visual improvements genuinely help in clutch moments. Dark Star still has the coolest ult animation but Worlds 2021 edges it out for competitive play. The exclusive nature makes it feel special too, knowing it represents that insane 2021 tournament. For anyone who plays him regularly, this skin's become my go-to when I need to pop off and carry.
