Worlds 2019 Ryze

Been using Worlds 2019 Ryze for about 90 games now and honestly this skin hits different compared to other Ryze skins. The World Championship theme gives it this clean, professional vibe that actually helps me focus better during intense teamfights. Where base Ryze feels kinda clunky with his spell combos, this one just flows smoother somehow.

The Q feels more responsive when you're trying to CS under tower, and I swear the E spread animation is clearer which helps track bounces in messy fights. His ult probably has the biggest visual upgrade though, that golden portal just pops way better than the basic blue one. Last week during a baron fight, I managed to realm warp my whole team out of a bad engage and the enemy Yasuo actually typed "that ult looked insane" in all chat. Compared to something like Zombie Ryze which I mained forever, this skin makes everything feel less cluttered visually.

After testing most of his skins, Worlds 2019 sits right below Championship but way above stuff like Tribal or Whitebeard. The recall animation where he summons that championship trophy is pretty sick too. It's definitely just cosmetic, no actual advantage, but the cleaner animations make combos feel better to execute. At 1350 RP it's not cheap but if you're gonna spam Ryze games it's worth grabbing.

Is Worlds 2019 Ryze worth it? For anyone who plays him regularly, absolutely. The skin won't make you pop off harder or anything, but it makes the grind more enjoyable. My experience with Worlds 2019 Ryze has been nothing but positive and I'd recommend it over most of his other options.
