Worlds 2018 Kha’Zix

Championship Kha'Zix was my 100th game reward to myself after finally hitting Diamond, and honestly it's become my go-to skin after owning most Kha'Zix skins in the collection. The white and gold aesthetic hits different when you're hunting down squishies in river, especially with how the evolved wings shimmer during your ult stealth. But what really sold me was discovering the Q animation feels noticeably cleaner than base or even Dark Star, making those isolation burst combos flow better.

After around 80 games with this skin, the evolved E jump actually feels more responsive compared to Guardian of the Sands which I mained before. There's something about the landing animation that makes resetting on kills during teamfights smoother. Last week I was defending dragon 1v3, managed to get the isolated Q on their ADC, instantly reset my jump onto their support, and the skin's animations made tracking my cooldowns easier in that chaos. The R evolution gives you these sick golden trails that honestly help me track which stealth charge I'm on better than Mecha Kha'Zix ever did.

Is Championship Kha'Zix worth it compared to other Kha'Zix skins? For 1350 RP during Worlds events, absolutely. It's not pay-to-win but those cleaner animations probably give you a tiny edge in clutch moments. The recall animation alone where he poses with the trophy is worth when you're fed and want to tilt the enemy laner. My experience with Championship Kha'Zix convinced me that sometimes the right skin just makes you play better mentally. And for Kha mains who want something between flashy legendary skins and basic recolors, this hits the sweet spot perfectly.
