Void Nocturne

Been spamming Void Nocturne for about 55 games now after grabbing it during the last sale, and honestly this skin hits different compared to other Nocturne skins I've tried. The purple void aesthetic completely transforms how his kit feels, especially when you're diving backlines in teamfights.

The Q trail feels way cleaner than base Nocturne or even Eternum. When you're chasing someone through river and pop Q, the void particles make it easier to track whether they're still on your dusk trail or not. His W shield has this sick purple bubble effect that's actually more responsive when timing those crucial spell blocks. But what really sold me was the ult. That void portal opening when you press R just feels faster somehow, and the tether during flight looks insane when you're diving their fed ADC under tower. Last night I caught their Jinx farming bot tier 2 solo, ulted from raptors, and the way the void particles exploded on impact made the oneshot so satisfying.

Compared to Eternum which I mained before this, Void actually gives better visual clarity during chaotic fights. The purple stands out more against dragon pit walls and river terrain. Is Void Nocturne worth it? For 520 RP it's probably the best value skin in his lineup. Not quite pay to win but the cleaner animations definitely help with combo timing. My experience with Void Nocturne convinced me to refund Coven since this one just plays smoother.

If you're a Nocturne main looking for an upgrade from base, this is it. The skin aged really well and still looks fresh three years later. Worth picking up next time it's in your shop.
