Bought Tribal Ryze after my third straight loss thinking a new skin might reset my mental, and honestly it's become my go-to pick over Young Ryze which I mained for like 150 games. The tribal tattoos and bone accessories give him this primal vibe that just hits different when you're trying to scale up and pop off late game.

The Q feels way more responsive compared to base skin, especially when you're trying to weave autos between spell rotations for CS. His E spread has this satisfying visual that makes it easier to track in teamfights, and the ult channel looks sick with the tribal markings glowing around the portal. I remember this one dragon fight where I was getting focused hard, but the cleaner animation on his W root let me perfectly time the snare on their fed Yasuo right as he dashed in. Managed to turn the whole fight around and we ended up winning off that play.

Compared to other Ryze skins like Zombie or Whitebeard, Tribal actually gives you better visibility on your flux marks which is probably why I've been hitting more combos lately. The skin's definitely worth the 520 RP if you're looking for something that feels smooth without breaking the bank. It's purely cosmetic but the animations are clean enough that you might think there's an advantage.

After spamming it for about 40 games now, I'd say Tribal Ryze is worth it if you want something different from the typical wizard aesthetic. The skin aged pretty well for being older, and while it won't make you suddenly int less, it definitely makes the grind to late game feel fresher.
