Tranquility Dragon Karma

Picked this up from a chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually run Dark Star or Ruined. After about 35 games though, Tranquility Dragon might be my new go to for ranked. The skin just feels smoother in teamfights when you need those clutch shields.

The Q animation is way cleaner than base Karma and even most of her other skins. You can actually see the projectile path better which helps with landing those max range pokes through minion waves. Her W tether is probably the biggest improvement though. The dragon effect makes it super obvious when you're about to get the root off, and I've noticed enemies respect it more compared to something like Winter Wonder where the tether kinda blends into the map. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to lock down their fed Katarina because she couldn't tell if my empowered W was still connecting through all the chaos. With other skins she probably would've gotten away.

Compared to other Karma skins at 1350 RP, this one's worth it if you play her regularly. The recall animation with the dragon is insane, and the mantra effects actually help you track cooldowns better. It's not pay to win or anything, but the visual clarity definitely gives you an edge in messy fights. My only complaint is the E shield looks a bit smaller than it actually is, which tilted me at first until I got used to it.

If you're a Karma main deciding between this and something like Dawnbringer, I'd say Tranquility Dragon is better for climbing while Dawnbringer is prettier to look at. And the chromas are actually good if you want variety later.
