Toxic Dr. Mundo

Picked up Toxic Dr. Mundo from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much from this old skin. After around 40 games though, this thing's grown on me in ways I didn't see coming. The green ooze aesthetic hits different when you're actually playing it, especially compared to other Dr. Mundo skins that feel way more cartoony.

The Q cleaver feels smoother to throw somehow, like the animation doesn't have that weird windup delay the base skin has. His W burning agony looks insane with the toxic bubbles popping everywhere, and I swear it's easier to see the actual range compared to Corporate Mundo where the fire effect is super subtle. But the ult is where this skin really shines. When you pop it during a dragon fight, the green healing particles make it super obvious you're regenerating, which probably tilts enemies into overcommitting. Had a game yesterday where their fed Vayne tried to 1v1 me at baron pit thinking I was low, but the toxic trail made it clear I was still healing hard and she just inted into me.

Compared to Rageborn or Pool Party, Toxic feels more responsive overall. The auto attack animation is cleaner which helps with last hitting when you're trying to CS under tower early. It's purely cosmetic though, no actual pay to win advantage, just feels better to pilot. Is Toxic Dr. Mundo worth it if you main him? For 520 RP it's actually solid value considering how smooth everything feels. My experience with Toxic Dr. Mundo has been way better than expected. If you're a Mundo player who wants something that feels less clunky than base but isn't as flashy as the expensive skins, this one's worth grabbing.
