Sweetheart Rakan

After maining Rakan since release and collecting every skin except Cosmic Dawn, I finally grabbed Sweetheart during the recent sale. This skin completely transforms how smooth his kit feels compared to other Rakan skins, and I'm honestly shocked more people don't talk about it.

The W feels significantly more responsive than base or even Star Guardian. There's something about the heart explosion that makes gauging the exact range easier, especially when you're trying to hit those max range engages during dragon fights. His E shield dash has this satisfying pink trail that's actually cleaner than most skins, making it way easier to track during chaotic teamfights. But the real game changer is the ult. The charm hearts are massive and bright pink, making it impossible for enemies to miss that they're about to get cc'd. Last night I dove their fed Jinx under tower with my Xayah, and she literally flashed into our team trying to dodge the obvious charm indicator. Worth.

Comparing this to my previous favorite iG Rakan, Sweetheart wins purely on clarity. The iG skin looks sick but the darker effects sometimes blend into river fights. Sweetheart's pink theme might seem cringe at first, but after 80 games I'm convinced it's actually pay-to-win for support mains who need their ADC to understand exactly what they're doing. The recall animation with the chocolate box is whatever, but those cleaner animations on abilities make this worth the 1350 RP if you play him regularly.

Is Sweetheart Rakan worth it? If you're learning him, absolutely grab this over his other options. The visual clarity alone will probably save you from inting a few engages while you figure out his ranges.
