Super Galaxy Kindred

Lamb joined the Super Galaxy team as its lead scout, venturing into uncharted territory to face all manner of alien dangers. Soon after, Wolf joined the team as Lamb's partner—though, in truth, he only really joined because she still owes him for lunch, back when they were cadets. She's not getting away this time!

After dropping 1350 RP on Super Galaxy Kindred during a late night tilt queue session, I've been spamming this skin for about 55 games now. The mecha aesthetic completely changes how Kindred feels compared to their other skins, and honestly it's grown on me way more than expected. The Q dash has this satisfying mechanical snap to it that feels more responsive than base Kindred, almost like you're piloting a precision machine rather than playing a mystical hunter. Wolf's animations are probably the biggest upgrade though, with cleaner attack patterns that make kiting camps and tracking your W zone way easier.

The ult is where Super Galaxy Kindred really shines during teamfights. Last night we were contesting dragon and I dropped my ult right as their Zed went in, and the hextech barrier effect is so much clearer than something like Shadowfire where the boundaries blend into the ground effects. My support actually said it helped them position better because they could instantly see the safe zone. And the E execute has this sick energy burst that makes last hitting with it feel incredible, especially when you're trying to secure that cannon minion while your ADC is backing.

Compared to other Kindred skins like Spirit Blossom which I mained before this, Super Galaxy trades the smooth ethereal vibe for raw mechanical precision. Is Super Galaxy Kindred worth it? For anyone who plays Kindred regularly, absolutely. It's not pay to win but the visual clarity on abilities definitely helps in chaotic fights. The skin aged surprisingly well for being from 2016, and while the price might seem steep for an older skin, my experience with Super Galaxy Kindred has been nothing but positive. Worth every RP if you're looking to pop off in style.
