Sultan Tryndamere

Tryndamere is a ruler from a distant land, and tales of his impossible strength and distinctive mustache have reached even the farthest-flung city-states. As is the rule rather than the exception with rulers from distant lands, his hat is exceptional.

Sultan Tryndamere was one of those skins I grabbed during a losing streak when I needed something fresh to reset my mental. After around 55 games with it, I can honestly say this skin completely changed how I approach split pushing compared to other Tryndamere skins.

The auto attacks feel way smoother than base skin, especially when you're trying to CS under tower or clear waves quickly. His E spin has this satisfying swoosh that makes animation canceling feel more responsive, and I swear the ult activation is cleaner than Highland or King Tryndamere. During a baron fight yesterday, enemy team tried to burst me down but the golden glow from my ult was so clear that I could perfectly time my last second heal without second guessing if it actually popped. That visual clarity alone probably saved me from inting at least ten times this week.

What really sells Sultan Tryndamere is how the W slow looks compared to base. The golden particles make it super obvious when you've landed it in teamfights, which helps track who's slowed when things get chaotic. And that recall animation where he sits on the throne is honestly worth tilting enemies alone. Is Sultan Tryndamere worth it though? For 975 RP it's definitely not pay to win, but the cleaner animations give you a slight edge in those clutch moments.

My experience with Sultan Tryndamere puts it above King but below Demonblade for overall feel. If you're a Trynd main who wants something that looks good without breaking bank, this is probably your best bet. Just don't expect it to fix your mechanics if you're already feeding every game.
