Star Guardian Soraka

Star Guardian Soraka completely changes how her kit feels compared to other Soraka skins, and after 50 games with it, I can't go back to base. The Q animation feels way smoother when you're trying to land those max range pokes in lane, especially since the star particle makes it easier to track where it'll land. Her W has this satisfying sparkle effect that actually helps me keep track of who I've healed in messy teamfights, which sounds minor but makes a huge difference when everyone's low and you're trying to optimize Rejuvenation stacks.

The ult is where this skin really shines though. During a baron fight yesterday, our jungler got caught and I popped ult from bot lane. The golden wave effect is so much clearer than base Soraka's green heal that my team instantly knew they could turn and fight. We ended up winning that 4v5 because everyone could see the heal coming and committed properly. Compare that to Dawnbringer where the ult effect kinda blends into other abilities, Star Guardian just hits different visually.

Is Star Guardian Soraka worth it at 1350 RP? If you're a support main who plays her regularly, absolutely. The E silence field has cleaner edges that help with placement, and the whole magical girl aesthetic is honestly insane quality for an older skin. It's not pay-to-win but the visual clarity improvements are real, especially in chaotic fights where every ability matters.

My experience with Star Guardian Soraka convinced me to grab the whole Star Guardian Season 2 set. But even standalone, this skin makes playing Soraka feel fresh again. Probably the best purchase I've made for support this year, worth every RP if you're tired of her base animations feeling clunky.
