Star Guardian Orianna

Star Guardian Orianna completely changes how her ball feels in teamfights, and after 70 games with it, I'm convinced it's actually easier to track than her base skin. The sparkly pink effects might look like visual clutter at first, but there's something about the star trail that makes positioning the ball more intuitive.

Her Q feels snappier with the shooting star animation, and I swear the ball return on E has cleaner visual feedback that's helped me shield carries at the last second more consistently. The W shockwave has this pink explosion that's probably the clearest indicator of the actual hitbox compared to other Orianna skins I own. During a baron fight yesterday, I landed a 4-man ult purely because enemies couldn't tell where my ball was sitting in the river brush until the magical girl sparkles popped off. Dark Star Orianna might have the intimidation factor, but Star Guardian's clarity is insane for landing those game-winning combos.

The 1350 RP price is worth it if you're planning to main her. My experience with Star Guardian Orianna has been nothing but positive for climbing, though it's definitely not pay-to-win since good Ori players will int regardless of skin choice. The recall animation where she floats with Tocker is adorable but takes forever, so you'll probably spam it in base while tilted after missing easy ults.

Should you buy Star Guardian Orianna? If you play her more than twice a week, absolutely. The visual clarity alone makes it better than Winter Wonder or Pool Party, and you'll actually feel the difference in how smooth your combos flow together.
