Star Guardian Janna

Star Guardian Janna hits different compared to other Janna skins and I'm honestly surprised more support mains don't run it. After around 80 games with this skin, the visual clarity on her Q tornado is actually insane for landing those clutch knockups. The sparkly pink effect stands out way better than Sacred Sword's golden swirl or base skin's gray wind, especially in messy teamfights where every pixel matters.

The shield animation feels more responsive too, with that instant star burst effect that makes it super clear when your E connects. But what really sells this skin is how smooth the ult feels. Instead of that clunky push animation from base, you get this flowing magical girl transformation that somehow makes the knockback radius clearer. I remember this one dragon fight where their fed Zed tried to dive my ADC and the ult animation was so clean I could perfectly time the interrupt without second guessing the range. Sacred Sword Janna might have better sound effects but Star Guardian's animations are probably the cleanest for actual gameplay.

Is Star Guardian Janna worth it at 1350 RP? If you're a Janna main who wants both style and slight competitive edge, absolutely. The skin isn't pay to win but those cleaner animations do help with split second decisions. My experience with Star Guardian Janna convinced me to refund Bewitching just because the ability clarity is that much better. And compared to other Janna skins, this one ages really well since the magical girl aesthetic never gets old. For anyone who plays enchanters regularly, this is the one skin that combines looking good with actually feeling good to play.
