SSG Ezreal

Picked this up as part of my World Champions 2017 collection and honestly wasn't expecting much since team skins can be hit or miss. After about 50 games though, SSG Ezreal has become my go to when I need that competitive edge, especially over something flashy like Battle Academia.

The Q feels noticeably cleaner animation wise compared to base Ezreal, making those max range pokes in lane way easier to land. Your W actually stands out better against river terrain which sounds minor but I can't tell you how many times that's helped me secure dragon fights when everyone's abilities are going off at once. The E blink has this subtle white trail that makes it easier for your team to track where you've repositioned to, which came in clutch yesterday when my Thresh needed to lantern me out after I E'd forward to finish off their fed Jinx under tower. And the ult projectile is probably the cleanest of all his skins, with clear edges that make it obvious where the hitbox actually ends.

Compared to other Ezreal skins like Pulsefire or even Arcade, SSG just feels more responsive overall. The auto attack animation cancels smoother which helps when you're trying to CS under pressure or weave autos between abilities in teamfights. It's definitely worth the 1350 RP if you play Ezreal regularly, though I wouldn't call it pay to win since the advantages are pretty subtle.

My experience with SSG Ezreal has been surprisingly positive for what's essentially a team tribute skin. If you main Ezreal or just want something clean without all the extra particle effects, this one's actually insane value. The exclusive availability makes it even better since you won't see it every other game like Star Guardian.
