After 80 games with Spirit Blossom Yasuo, I can finally give you guys my honest take on whether this skin is actually worth your RP or just another pretty face in the collection.
Spirit Blossom completely changes how Yasuo feels to play. The Q feels smoother with cleaner animation frames that make stacking tornado way more satisfying, especially when you're trying to CS under tower pressure. His E dash through minions has this ethereal flow that somehow makes wall hopping feel more responsive than base skin. But the real game changer is his ult animation being so much clearer. Last night I was in a dragon fight where three enemies were stacked, and I could actually tell who I was ulting through all the particle effects. That visibility alone probably won me that teamfight since I knew exactly when my R would end and could buffer my EQ combo perfectly.
Compared to Nightbringer Yasuo, Spirit Blossom feels less clunky overall. Nightbringer has that heavy, dark aesthetic that looks insane but sometimes the animations feel weighted down. Spirit Blossom keeps everything light and readable without sacrificing that premium skin feel. The wind wall is maybe the only ability that doesn't feel massively different, though the petals are easier to track than the base version. At 1350 RP it's definitely worth the price if you're planning to main Yasuo or already have decent games on him.
This isn't pay to win but it's close enough that I'd call it pay to perform better. The animation clarity alone will help you int less in teamfights. If you're choosing between Spirit Blossom Yasuo and another skin in his lineup, this one gets my vote for both style and function.
