Spectacular Sivir

Got Spectacular Sivir from a mystery chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much from this older skin. After about 55 games though, I'm actually pretty impressed with how well it holds up compared to other Sivir skins, especially for something that came out years ago.

The Q feels way smoother than base skin when you're trying to CS under tower. Where regular Sivir's boomerang sometimes feels sluggish, Spectacular's throw animation is cleaner and makes last hitting those caster minions more consistent. Her W activation is probably the biggest improvement though. The visual pop when you activate ricochet is super clear, which helps a ton during messy teamfights. I remember this one dragon fight where I could actually track my autos bouncing between enemies instead of just hoping they connected. Pizza Delivery Sivir might have better sound effects, but Spectacular wins on clarity every time.

Is Spectacular Sivir worth it if you're looking to buy? For 975 RP it's not exactly budget friendly, but the smoother cancel on her ult makes engaging feel more responsive than base skin. It's definitely not pay to win or anything insane, just solid quality of life improvements that make playing her less clunky. My experience with Spectacular Sivir has been surprisingly positive for an accidental pickup.

If you're a Sivir main who plays her regularly, this skin is worth grabbing when it shows up in Your Shop. But if you only play her occasionally, Pizza Delivery or Warden are probably better value. The skin aged well enough that it doesn't feel cringe next to newer releases, which is more than most old skins can say.
