Snow Moon Kayn

Bought this skin after getting absolutely destroyed by a Snow Moon Kayn in my promos and I'm not even mad about spending the 1350 RP anymore. After around 50 games with it, this might actually be the smoothest Kayn skin I've played with, and I own Odyssey and Nightbringer too.

The Q feels way more responsive compared to base Kayn, especially when you're weaving it between autos for those early scuttle fights. But what really sold me was how clean the W animation is on both forms. Playing Rhaast with this skin in a dragon fight yesterday, I could actually tell where my W was hitting through all the chaos, something I struggle with on Nightbringer where everything's just red particles everywhere. The ult probably feels the best though, particularly on blue form where the exit animation doesn't feel as clunky as default. You know that awkward pause after you pop out? It's barely noticeable here.

Is Snow Moon Kayn worth it compared to other Kayn skins? If you're a Kayn main who values clarity over pure aesthetics, absolutely. Odyssey still looks cooler in my opinion, but Snow Moon just plays better. The form transformation is insanely smooth too, and you can actually see your E timer clearly through walls which has saved me from inting more times than I'd like to admit. It's not pay to win or anything, but those cleaner animations definitely help when you're trying to pop off in teamfights. For anyone on the fence about which Kayn skin to grab, this one's become my go to for ranked. The visual clarity alone makes it worth, especially if you're tired of losing track of your abilities in messy fights.
