Snow Fawn Poppy

Got Snow Fawn Poppy from a hextech chest last month and honestly wasn't expecting much since I usually rock Astronaut or Battle Regalia. After around 50 games though, this skin's grown on me way more than I thought it would.

The Q animation feels cleaner than most other Poppy skins, especially compared to base where the hammer swing can feel sluggish. Her E wall stun has this satisfying ice crack effect that makes it super clear when you've landed it properly, which actually helped me in a baron pit fight yesterday where I managed to stun their fed Katarina through all the chaos. The ult wind up is probably the best part though, with the snowflake particles making it easier to judge the charge distance. Battle Regalia still has the smoothest auto attack cancels for CSing, but Snow Fawn's W shield visibility is insane when you're getting dove under tower.

Is Snow Fawn Poppy worth it compared to other Poppy skins? For 1350 RP it's not exactly budget friendly, but the Winter Wonder theme works really well with her kit. The recall animation where she builds a snowman is pretty cringe but good, and the frosty sound effects on every ability hit different when you're popping off in teamfights. It's purely cosmetic, no pay to win advantages, but the visual clarity on abilities genuinely helps in messy situations.

My experience with Snow Fawn Poppy convinced me it's worth grabbing if you main her or want something festive. And if you're deciding between this and Lollipoppy, definitely go Snow Fawn unless you're trying to tilt enemies with that cursed splash art.
