Snow Bunny Nidalee

A fierce warrior who makes her home in the winter forest, Nidalee has little interest in Snowdown parties. Instead, she prefers to spend her time protecting cheerful woodland creatures from trappers and intruders, giving her furry friends a reason for the season.

Bought Snow Bunny Nidalee during a losing streak when I needed something to cheer me up, and honestly this skin hits different compared to other Nidalee skins. After around 55 games with it, I'm convinced the spear animations feel cleaner than base or even Warring Kingdoms. The white and blue color scheme makes tracking your own abilities way easier in messy teamfights, especially when you're trying to land those max range spears for that sweet execute damage.

The cougar form W feels more responsive than base skin, probably because the snow particle effects are less cluttered. During a baron fight yesterday, I managed to weave through their entire team because the pounce indicator was crystal clear against the river terrain. Her human form E actually saved my ADC multiple times because the heal animation is super obvious, letting them know to wait for it before going all in. But what really sells this skin is how the spear hitbox feels more accurate to the visual. You know that tilted feeling when your spear looks like it hits but doesn't register? Happens way less with Snow Bunny.

Is Snow Bunny Nidalee worth it though? For 520 RP it's definitely not pay to win, but the visual clarity gives you a slight edge. Compared to French Maid or Leopard, this one aged surprisingly well despite being from 2009. The simpler effects actually work in its favor since modern League is already visually overwhelming. My experience with Snow Bunny Nidalee convinced me to main her this season. If you're learning Nidalee or already main her, this skin makes landing combos feel smoother. Worth grabbing next time it's in Your Shop for sure.
