SKT T1 Jax

Grabbed SKT T1 Jax from a Worlds orb last month and honestly wasn't expecting much from a 750 RP legacy skin. After around 55 games though, this skin's grown on me way more than I thought it would. The red and gold aesthetic hits different when you're splitting late game, and there's something satisfying about repping the 2013 World Champions while bonking people.

The E animation feels cleaner than base Jax, making those clutch dodges in teamfights more readable. His W reset actually feels snappier too, which I noticed immediately when CS'ing under tower. But what really sold me was during a baron fight where I had to flash E onto their fed Jinx. The golden glow on Counter Strike is way easier to track in chaotic fights compared to something like Angler Jax where the purple gets lost in all the spell effects. My ult form with the trophy weapon probably looks cringe but the golden armor makes it super clear when you're powered up, which helps both you and your team.

Compared to other Jax skins like God Staff or Mecha Kingdoms, SKT T1 definitely shows its age in the model quality. No fancy recall animation or special voice lines here. But for a legacy skin from the World Champions 2013 collection, it's purely cosmetic with zero pay to win advantage. The smoother cancel on his abilities might be placebo, but I swear the auto attack animation flows better than base.

Is SKT T1 Jax worth it? If you can snag it during Worlds or from a chest, absolutely. The exclusive availability makes it a solid pickup for any Jax main who wants something clean without dropping 750 RP on the flashier options.
