Sasquatch Nunu & Willump

Picked up Sasquatch Nunu & Willump from a mystery chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much from this goofy looking skin. After around 40 games though, I'm actually impressed with how clean it plays compared to other Nunu & Willump skins in my collection. The yeti theme just works perfectly for these two, and there's something satisfying about the way Willump's fur moves during abilities that makes combos feel more responsive than on base or even Space Groove.

The Q chomp animation feels faster somehow, probably just visual but it makes last hitting cannon minions way easier. Your W snowball has this subtle snow trail that's actually less distracting than the bright effects on Papercraft, which helps when you're trying to line up those max range ganks. But the real difference is the ult channel. The growing blizzard effect gives you better visibility of the actual hitbox compared to base skin where enemies sometimes walk in thinking they're safe. Had a dragon fight yesterday where their ADC literally walked into my full channel because they couldn't judge the range properly, completely turned the game into a free win.

Compared to my previous favorite Demolisher, Sasquatch just feels less clunky overall. The recall animation is whatever, but in actual gameplay this skin doesn't tilt me like some of the flashier ones do after spamming games. Is Sasquatch Nunu & Willump worth it? For 520 RP it's definitely good value if you play the champ regularly. Not exactly pay to win, but those cleaner animations do make a difference when you're trying to pop off in ranked. Would recommend grabbing it next time it's in your shop, especially if you main jungle.
