Sanguine Garen

After 120 games with Sanguine Garen, I can finally give you guys my experience with this skin that completely changed how I approach teamfights. Been maining the Demacian boy for three seasons now with around 500k mastery, and this skin hits different compared to everything else in his collection.

The Q animation feels way smoother than base or even God King when you're trying to catch that fed Vayne. Your E spin has this blood trail effect that makes spacing in lane trades actually easier since you can see your exact range better than Warring Kingdoms ever could. But the real game changer is the ult animation being less clunky than most of his other skins. Last night during a baron fight, I managed to execute their jungler through Soraka heal because the sword drop feels more responsive and I could time it perfectly between her cooldowns. The cleaner animation probably saved us from an int play turning into a throw.

Compared to other Garen skins like Rugged or Steel Legion, Sanguine actually gives you slight visual advantages without being pay to win. The darker color scheme makes you blend better in river fights, and the W shield is subtle enough that enemies might not notice you popped it immediately. Is Sanguine Garen worth it though? For 520 RP, you're getting one of his most practical skins that doesn't tilt you with weird sound effects or bulky armor getting stuck on walls.

Should you buy Sanguine Garen if you're serious about climbing with him? Absolutely worth grabbing when it shows up in your shop. It's become my go to skin over God King just because everything feels tighter and more consistent for those clutch moments.
