Rocket Girl Tristana

Picked up Rocket Girl Tristana from a chest last week and honestly wasn't expecting much since I'm more into her Dragon Trainer skin. After about 40 games though, this retro superhero vibe has completely won me over. The skin feels way smoother than I anticipated, especially when you're trying to CS under pressure.

The W animation is probably the cleanest of all her skins. You get this satisfying jet propulsion effect that makes judging your landing spot easier compared to other Tristana skins where the particles can be a bit messy. Her E feels more responsive too, with that comic book explosion that pops exactly when you expect it to. And the ult has this perfect knockback animation that just feels right. Yesterday I was getting dove under tower by a fed Irelia and the W into ult combo felt so fluid I actually escaped what should've been a guaranteed death. The visual clarity on this skin is insane for something from the Silver Age collection.

Is Rocket Girl Tristana worth it? Absolutely, especially if you can snag it for 975 RP or less. Compared to her newer skins like Pengu Cosplay, this one holds up surprisingly well despite being older. The animations aren't just cosmetic either, they genuinely help with timing your combos. My experience with Rocket Girl Tristana has been way better than expected, and while it's not quite pay-to-win territory, the cleaner animations definitely give you a slight edge in clutch moments.

For any ADC mains looking for a reliable Tristana skin that won't tilt you with weird visuals, this is the one. Even beats out some of her pricier options in terms of pure gameplay feel.
