Redeemed Star Guardian Rakan

Been spamming Redeemed Star Guardian Rakan for about 50 games now after getting it from a chest, and honestly this skin hits different than I expected. The whole corrupted-to-light theme actually translates into smoother gameplay, especially compared to base Rakan or even IG which I used to main.

The W feels way more responsive than other skins, probably because the dark-to-light particles make the dash range super clear. Your Q actually shows the heal tether better with those purple streaks turning gold when it connects to Xayah. But the real game changer is the ult. That corrupted energy spreading outward makes it easier to track who you've already charmed in messy teamfights. Just yesterday in a baron pit fight, I could instantly see which enemies I'd tagged because of the distinct purple glow, letting me path through their backline without wasting movement on already-charmed targets. And the E shield looks cleaner too, making it easier to track shield timers on allies.

Compared to other Rakan skins like Cosmic Dawn, this one's purely cosmetic but feels like it gives better visual clarity. The animations don't actually cancel faster or anything, but the particle effects make your abilities way easier to track in chaotic situations. Is Redeemed Star Guardian Rakan worth it if you're a support main who plays him regularly? For 1820 RP I'd say absolutely. The skin won't make you pop off harder or anything, but the visual improvements genuinely help in ranked where every bit of clarity matters. Plus that recall animation where he transforms is pretty insane. If you're on the fence about which Rakan skin to grab, this one's become my go-to over skins that cost way more.
