Pulsefire Shen

Alright fellow Shen mains, after 90 games with Pulsefire Shen I gotta share my experience with this skin because it completely changed how I play him. Been maining this ninja for three years now and honestly wasn't expecting much from another tech themed skin, but this one hits different.

The Q feels insanely smooth compared to base skin, especially when you're last hitting under tower. That sword pull animation is cleaner and I swear it makes CSing easier when you're behind. But the real game changer is the ult clarity. During a baron fight yesterday, my ADC was getting dove and I could perfectly time my ult because the shield effect is so much more visible than Yellow Jacket or even Warlord. The teleport arrival is crystal clear for your teammates too, which probably saved us from throwing at least five games. And the taunt dash just feels more responsive, like there's less windup before you actually move.

Is Pulsefire Shen worth it compared to other Shen skins? For 1350 RP, absolutely. I've played with TPA, Infernal, and Yellow Jacket extensively, and this one beats them all for competitive play. The W zone is easier to track in teamfights, which matters when you're trying to block that fed Vayne's autos. It's not pay to win exactly, but the visual clarity gives you a slight edge that other skins don't provide.

If you're serious about climbing with Shen, grab this skin. The smoother animations alone make those clutch saves feel better, and your team will actually notice when you're ulting them. Worth every RP if you plan to spam him in ranked.
