Bought this skin after my duo kept flexing his High Noon Lucian on me for weeks, and honestly, Pulsefire hits different once you get used to it. After around 50 games, I can confidently say this legendary completely changes how the champion feels to play.

The Q animation feels insanely smooth compared to base, and you can actually cancel it cleaner into your passive autos. But the real game changer is the ult. That blue laser beam is probably the clearest visual in his entire skin lineup, making it way easier to track during hectic teamfights. Just yesterday I won a dragon fight purely because I could see exactly where my Culling was hitting through all the Seraphine ults and Zyra plants. The E dash has this satisfying tech sound that makes kiting feel more responsive too. Compared to other Lucian skins like High Noon, Pulsefire trades some of that cowboy swagger for pure clarity.

Is Pulsefire Lucian worth it at 1350 RP? For anyone who plays him regularly, absolutely. The skin isn't pay to win, but those cleaner animations genuinely help with combos. My CS actually went up slightly just from the smoother auto attack windup. And that recall where you teleport through the portal never gets old, especially when you're fed and want to tilt the enemy botlane.

If you're deciding between this and another Lucian skin, Pulsefire wins on competitive advantage while High Noon wins on style points. But for grinding ranked and popping off consistently, this skin makes everything feel tighter. Worth every RP if you're serious about mastering the champion.
