PROJECT: Naafiri

Got PROJECT: Naafiri from a chest last week and wasn't expecting much since I usually rock the base skin, but after 35 games I'm actually impressed with how clean this feels compared to what I'm used to. The cyberpunk aesthetic grew on me fast, and those neon pack effects when you're fed just hit different.

The Q projectiles feel way more responsive than base skin, especially when you're trying to last hit under tower pressure. Her W pack summon has this satisfying digital spawn animation that makes timing easier, and the ult transformation is probably the smoothest I've seen on any Naafiri skin. Last night during a dragon fight, I could actually track my position better mid-ult because the PROJECT effects don't clutter the screen like I thought they would. The clearer hitbox indicators helped me secure a triple kill that I might've whiffed on base skin.

But here's what sold me on keeping it equipped instead of going back to base. The E dash cancel feels less clunky, making those quick escapes after diving their ADC way more consistent. Is PROJECT: Naafiri worth it if you main her? Absolutely, though 1350 RP might seem steep for what's essentially a visual upgrade. It's not pay-to-win by any means, but the animation clarity gives you that tiny edge in teamfights where every frame counts. Compared to other Naafiri skins, this one strikes the best balance between looking insane and maintaining competitive visibility. If you're on the fence about should you buy PROJECT: Naafiri, I'd say grab it next time it's in Your Shop, especially if you play her regularly in ranked.
