PROJECT: Ekko

PROJECT Ekko completely changes how his kit feels once you get used to the cyberpunk aesthetic. After around 55 games with it, I'm convinced this is the smoothest Ekko experience you can get right now.

The Q animation feels way cleaner than base skin, especially when you're trying to CS under tower. Where regular Ekko's timewinder can feel floaty, PROJECT's version has this crisp mechanical throw that makes last hitting more consistent. But the real game changer is the W shield visibility. During a baron fight yesterday, my team actually played around my stun field properly because the holographic dome is impossible to miss. Compare that to True Damage where teammates walk right past your W setup, and it's night and day. The ult is probably the most satisfying part though. That digital rewind effect with the neon trail makes it super clear where you're snapping back to, which matters when you're diving their fed ADC under tower.

Is PROJECT Ekko worth it compared to other Ekko skins? Absolutely. The 1350 RP price tag might seem steep when Sandstorm exists, but the clarity advantages are real. This isn't just cosmetic. The smoother animation cancels on E into Q combo have genuinely won me trades I would've lost on base skin. And that recall where he fixes his time device is just insane to watch every time.

My experience with PROJECT Ekko convinced me to main the champion again. If you're serious about climbing with Ekko or already have decent games on him, this skin will make everything feel more responsive. For casual players maybe wait for a sale, but Ekko mains should grab this immediately.
