After 80 games with Prestige Star Guardian Neeko, I can confidently say the Q feels significantly more responsive than base, especially when you're trying to land those max range pokes in lane. The blooming toss animation has this satisfying golden sparkle that makes it easier to track in messy teamfights, and I swear the E root connects more smoothly when you're chasing down fed carries.

The real game changer is how the ult reads in cluttered situations. Last night during a baron pit fight, I managed to land a three man ult that probably would've whiffed on Winter Wonder Neeko because the prestige version's golden circle is just clearer against river terrain. The shimmer effect when you're channeling gives enemies less time to react compared to other Neeko skins, though it's not quite pay to win territory. And the W clone actually feels useful since the sparkly trail makes it harder for opponents to distinguish between you and your copy when you're both running through minion waves.
