Been playing League since season 4 and I've collected every Shaco skin except Wild Card, but Prestige Soul Fighter Shaco is probably my most used skin after 70 games this patch. The Soul Fighter series gets a lot of hate but this prestige version actually feels smoother than base Soul Fighter, especially when you're weaving autos between abilities during ganks.
The Q feels way more responsive compared to Dark Star Shaco, which I mained for years. When you pop out of stealth, the attack animation connects cleaner and I swear the crit lands faster, though maybe that's just the visual clarity making it seem that way. His E dagger throw has this golden trail that makes it easier to track in teamfights, and the clone explosion from ult is insanely visible but not in a bad way. During a baron fight yesterday, enemy Jinx completely ignored my clone thinking it was me because the prestige effects make both look equally flashy, got her killed when it popped.
Compared to other Shaco skins like Arcanist or Nutcracko, this one's purely cosmetic with no real advantage, but it doesn't put you at a disadvantage either. The boxes are super obvious with the golden glow, which actually tilts enemies more when they still walk into them. And the backing animation where he does the martial arts moves is worth watching every time, even if you're just resetting for items.
Is Prestige Soul Fighter Shaco worth it? If you're a Shaco main who already owns Dark Star or Arcanist, it's not essential. But if you want the cleanest feeling animations and don't mind the exclusive price, this skin definitely delivers. My experience with Prestige Soul Fighter Shaco has been nothing but positive, especially in ranked where every small visual improvement helps.
